Elimination of those not serious about the life style and the weak minded!!!Any member who does not want to be a part of the family should not be there bottom line. If they are not happy with what they are doing, all they will do is slow down the progression cause problems for the club or for other members. This is called investing in your family. The best way to invest in your family is to provide them with continuous knowledge, experience, and by example with a mature mind. They will grow, and the leader grows as well.

By being selective in who you allow to join the family. Remember, family is an extension or goals, beliefs, and principles. It is a waste of time bringing on board an individual who will not help you achieve your objectives. All the members of the club should be able to get along, and are viewed upon and described as being a family. Everyone in the family should have the ability to help the club excel. If they do not, the family can pull together to either "groom them" -give them the advise they need to take to make them a stronger member by communicaton and knowledge, or if needed replace them with members who have the necessary drive to learn by example and research and to ask questions on how to be a asset to the club. This included are members, hang arounds and support. Premium members, prospects and support eliminate "garbage" and problems from the start..
